Auction Rules
- Bidder must legibly print their name/number, phone number and amount of the desired bid. First bids must meet the minimum bid value, and subsequent bids must increase by at least the minimum raise bid increment.
- Winners should see a cashier, make payment in either cash, check, or by credit card, and then take the receipt to the proper table where a volunteer will compare the receipt and award the item. Checks should be made to COTA for Patrick H.
- Items should be picked up on the night of the event. However, if not picked up within one week, the second highest bidder will be contacted and awarded the item.
- We cannot guarantee the quality of the item or service; bidders must be responsible for obeying expiration dates, and other such restrictions.
